We were inspired by the idea of sitting by the Christmas tree perched on red plastic stools eating phở and a plate of food cooked by aunts and uncles. It starts with a fresh pine scent with a twist if citrus that transitions to a light sweetness with a kick of chili pepper as the night goes on.
